Returns & Policies
Any claims for wrongly delivered/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Shiping cost for returned items will be covered by the buyer except when the wrong item is received. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please use the Contact Us form located in the store’s menu. We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer exchanges. Segun Damanito can offer specific waist, back, breast and length measurements upon request. The sizes posted with the pieces may not be the size written on the label but they are the true size of the piece based on our fittings and experience.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please reach us by filling the Contact Us form located in the store’s menu, with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll gladly sort it out for you. Please keep in mind that all of our pieces are second hand and/or vintage meaning that they have minor wearing signs. If the piece has a mayor issue these will be in the description of the item. Please read product descriptions carefully as we will not offer returns or refunds if minor wear signs of wear. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

Shipping Policy
Segun Damanito ships locally to Puerto Rico and to the United States. Local shipping rates start on an average of $7.00+ and United States Shipping starts at an average of $8.00+, these can vary of the weight of the purchases. Segun Damanito is responsible for sending packages and providing tracking information. From that point forward, after tracking number is sent to you, it is the customers responsibility to get the package safely. Any damages or lost of items, the customer will have to be handled with the postal service directly.
